Robert Szabo

I’m Robert Szabo, the creator and host of Blueprints & Beginnings. For over a decade, I’ve been a welding instructor at Moraine Valley Community College, where I’ve had the privilege of guiding students through their career choices, skill-building, and professional development.

Throughout my time as an educator, I’ve seen firsthand how critical mentorship, hands-on experience, and industry insights are in shaping successful careers. That experience led me to create Blueprints & Beginnings, a podcast and platform where I could expand that guidance to young professionals, emerging entrepreneurs, and business owners.

I’m passionate about helping people not just learn, but apply the lessons that lead to financial and professional growth.
